about denton/neely

We bring objectivity and fresh perspective to our clients.  WE HAVE decades of global BUSINESS MANAGEMENT experience across numerous industries.

Observation tells us that a company's success is only partly determined by its industry context;  more important are the choices made to address the underlying market clusters and customer segments that define its business. Our mission is to provide strategic insight with action plans that enable companies to accelerate revenue growth, profitability and marketplace differentiation.

We help clients increase cash flow by enhancing drivers of top-line growth and reducing obstacles, such as extraneous inventory, that get in the way.  Our services are relevant to firms seeking operational change for its own sake as well as those contemplating M&A transactions, such as private equity firms, family offices and strategic buyers or sellers. Our expertise is pertinent to strategy formulation and execution, due diligence and post transaction planning, interim management support, and transactional facilitation.

"The business case and financial model expressions prepared by Denton/Neely brought a new level of professional analytics to our project.  This required a massive amount of teamwork in a compressed timeframe, and the results proved their value.”
