about denton/neely

We bring objectivity and fresh perspective to our clients with decades of global experience across numerous industries.

Experience has taught us that a company's success is only partly determined by its industry context;  more important are the choices made to address the underlying market clusters and customer segments that define its business. Our mission is to provide value-added, strategic consulting services to enable companies to accelerate organic growth, profitability and marketplace differentiation.

Our services are targeted to B2B businesses with revenues in the range of $10MM - $500MM that are looking to increase EBITDA by accelerating top-line growth and development.  This includes firms seeking operational change for its own sake as well as those contemplating M&A transactions, such as private equity firms, family offices and strategic buyers or sellers.  Our services are pertinent to strategy formulation and execution, due diligence and post transaction planning, interim management support, and transactional facilitation.

"The business case and financial model expressions prepared by Denton/Neely brought a new level of professional analytics to our project.  This required a massive amount of teamwork in a compressed timeframe, and the results proved their value.”

  - Phil McFarren, President of McFarren Group
